DESCRIPTION
- This series of industrial cameras is a high-pixel, high-sensitivity infrared area scan camera. It adopts InGaAs detector, has a response wavelength of 0.4~1.7um, and can respond to visible light and infrared light at the same time.
- Suitable for fluorescence imaging, laser spot tracking imaging, semiconductor detection, solar cell detection, hyperspectral imaging, etc.
- It can be used for testing silicon wafers, batteries, glass, metal foil, plastics, PCB boards, medical and other fields.
