  • The Terahertz detection product can analyze the electrical properties of photovoltaic cell silicon wafers, such as resistivity, PN judgment, dielectric constant, and it can detect the resistivity mutation, cutting line problem, and concentric circle problem.
  • The size of the measurement area can be customized, with no blind spots, can achieve detailed lossless scanning. Supports a variety of electrical property measurements (resistivity, PN judgment, dielectric constant, minority carrier lifetime, mobility, warpage, thickness…)
  • The module provides single-channel terahertz transmission and reception, with high sampling rate, large dynamic range, and the highest single-point resolution up to 0.75mm. It has the characteristics of fast sampling speed, high sampling accuracy, and no ionizing radiation.
  • Advantages of terahertz measurement of displacement and thickness: compatible with long-range and short-range ranging, the effect of surface roughness is negligible, support line scan and electrical characteristic detection.
