  • Suitable for situations where greater brightness requirements are required
  • Suitable for high-speed printing quality inspection, ultra-high-speed online inspection, and long-distance high-brightness online inspection
  • The high-brightness line light source has high brightness and good uniformity. It is the first choice for infrared line array or infrared line scan cameras. It has ultra-high brightness and uses a cylindrical lens to focus the light, making it suitable for various continuous water detection situations. It can be used for infrared line array camera lighting, AOI inspection, coating, glass surface damage, and internal impurity detection.
  • The high-brightness linear light source is an air-cooled design, driven by constant current for every single channel, gives good stability with temperature protection. Its maximum illumination can reach 800000 lux when the working distance is less than 50mm, and it can be used as both forward light and backlight. Its light-emitting angle is small and suitable for longer working distances. It can be used with a diffusion film to achieve uniform illumination of highly reflective workpieces.
  • Different lengths can be customized according to on-site installation dimensions.
  • When the light source works normally, it is glare of strong light so please do not look directly at the luminous area; it is recommended to use the light source controller produced by our company to control the switch and brightness of the light source through an external trigger or the internal software ; this is conducive to improving service life and brightness stability of the light source.
