Our customer wants to detect the shape, size, inner hole, characters and solder oil of the PCB, and wants to use machine vision to improve the detection efficiency.

Our solution is: use a combination of coaxial line light and strip light source. When the PCB surface is highly reflective, according to the principle of total reflection, a coaxial line light solution needs to be used. At the same time, in order to eliminate the shadow of the arc chamfer, it is necessary to add a strip light on both sides of the coaxial light. when the surface reflection of the PCB is not strong, according to the principle of diffuse reflection, the surface is mainly diffuse reflection, and the two strip lights can increase the brightness of the PCB.
